John Kesterson is the president of the corporation and is a DSP design consultant and design engineer. He formed the company in 1995.  John is an algorithm designer, DSP code developer and an analog and digital designer.  John is an experienced modem designer for both telephony and wireless applications and has also worked with spread spectrum systems used for both navigation and communications. He also has background in RF and Microwave systems.

Richard Myers is Vice President of the corporation and is also a Senior Staff Development Engineer at AISD. In addition to managing daily operations, he provides ASIC and FPGA hardware development, networking and systems development, hardware and software support for simulation and emulation. He is highly experienced in Verilog for synthesis, operating systems and production software development. Richard has also developed a background in RF systems

Carrie Lery is a Senior Staff Development Engineer with AISD.
She provides a strong background in embedded systems firmware design of telecommunications products, and has experience with various MAC protocols in both telephony and wireless technologies. She has worked on single and multi-threaded designs in various RTOS environments. Carrie also has experience with driver development and FPGA/ASIC debug.
